Privacy and cookiesCHECK

This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Cōnsilium Fundraising Ltd (CRO 680226) is the controller of the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice at james@consiliumfundraising.ie.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

What we collect, and why

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us, in three places:

  • The contact form. Your name, organisation and email address, and anything you tell us about your plans, so that James can reply and come to the conversation prepared.
  • The readiness check readout. If you ask for your readout by email, we use your email address (and your name and organisation, if you give them) to send it. Your answers are not stored with your details unless you ask us to follow up.
  • The newsletter. Your email address, and your name and organisation if you give them, so that we can send the newsletter. We record your consent and the date you gave it.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run the website, forms and email, and they act only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct it, or to delete it
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
  • withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing
  • ask for your information in a portable format

To use any of these rights, email james@consiliumfundraising.ie. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
